Licensed Real Estate Broker, Michael Stachnik, has been assisting buyers and sellers for over 29 years! As the Broker/ Owner of Hampton Properties, Michael is known for his honest and dependable service. He takes pride in guiding his clients through the real estate process. Michael grew up in the Westhampton area, working on his family’s farm with his Father and attended Mercy High School. Michael graduated from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania, earning degrees in Business and Finance. After working in New York City for Dreyfus Corporation, Michael got his real estate license and returned to his hometown.

Michael began his career at Hampton Properties, Inc. with Robert Bossung, a pioneer in real estate brokerage and development in the Hamptons. In 2000, Michael took over the reins of Hampton Properties and has continued the Hampton Properties’ legacy. Michael has served as an Usher at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church since 2004. He was a previous Board member of the Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce. Since 2008, Michael has been a member of the Town of Southampton Board of Assessment Review panel.
