A small hamlet of only 5 square miles, Eastport is located in both Brookhaven and Southampton Towns. Once known as the duck capital of the world, Eastport’s main attractions are its country charm, numerous antique shops, and marinas. With easy access to Moriches Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean, Eastport is a popular boating and fishing center. There has been a recent rise in real estate construction in the Eastport area with the addition of several condo communities, such as, Encore Atlantic Shores, a 55+ adult community.
