Jean’s previous sales experiences include Dior and Chanel in New York City. She later worked as an account coordinator for a wholesaler of European beauty products in Southern California. This background has prepared Jean for the exciting and everchanging world of real estate.
Jean’s extended family has resided in Quogue since the early 1930’s. This special connection drew her back to the area in 1992. After raising two children in Westhampton Beach, Jean began working as an administrative assistant at Hampton Properties. She received her sales associate’s license 20+ years ago. The personal dedication Jean brings to her work has not only earned the trust of her clients, but their friendship and respect as well.

Dana Stachnik
As a third generation real estate professional at Hampton Properties, Dana takes great pride in the company her grandfather started in 1973 which is now under the leadership of her father, Michael Stachnik. Dana has been immersed in real estate her whole life, from family conversations at the dinner table to helping out in the office as she got older. As a native of Westhampton, Dana knows all the ins and outs of the area.
Upon graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 2018 with a degree in marketing and communication, Dana began her career in New York City in the event marketing industry. In this role, Dana assisted in planning and executing events for companies such as Marriot, Gucci and Dell.
Dana has now found her way back to her home town and the real estate world in which she is excited to hit the ground running.

Kathryn Stachnik
Kathy was introduced to the world of real estate by her father, Robert Bossung, the founder of Hampton Properties, Inc. Growing up, Kathy and her siblings all participated in various aspects of the real estate business. Upon receiving a degree in Special Education from the University of Delaware, Kathy moved to Annapolis, Maryland where she pursued a teaching career. After teaching in Anne Arundel County for 4 years, Kathy returned home to join her family’s business. Kathy’s exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. From assisting the sales associates with transactions, to overseeing the advertising, Kathy has a conscientious approach to work and is committed to helping others achieve their goals. Kathy and her husband, Michael, have two grown daughters, Kristen and Dana. Along with Michael, who is now the Corporate Broker, Kathy is proud to carry on her family’s legacy at Hampton Properties.
